You are asked to review a 56-year-old lady who is due to undergo a cholecystectomy in the next day or so. She underwent PCI to her LAD 2 years ago and has been asymptomatic since. She is on aspirin 75 mg, atorvastatin 80 mg, amlodipine 5 mg od, and isosorbide mononitrate 10 mg bd. Her heart rate is 80 bpm and in sinus rhythm. The surgical team would like her cardiovascular medications to be optimized prior to surgery. What would you advise?
